Deura Systems has trained in-house experts who provide quality medical billing, coding and collection services. Depending upon the system deployed at the client's site (manual scheduling and book-keeping or computerized system), the data necessary to submit claims is either physically picked up from the client's site, or downloaded from the medical office. Generic edits are performed on the data and it is the information is then stored in the format that can is acceptable by the 3rd party payer, such as Medicare or healthdare insurance company. It is then be transmitted to a medical insurance clearinghouse, which then submits it to the healthcare insurance companies. Upon receiving the claims, the insurance carriers process the claim and send payment directly to the medical practice. Physicians get the payment usually within two or three weeks. Deura Systems also provides services to use 3rd Party practice management software which the practice might already have bought to submit claims directly to the clearinghouse, or the 3rd party payer.Training
